We are delighted to welcome you to our website.  Northern equine services is based near Stanley in the picturesque County Durham.  An area of outstanding naturally beauty with plenty of places to enjoy our horses.  We opened our doors in September 2005 and since then we have gained an excellent reputation as a provider of quality equestrian services along with supplements and healthcare products for both horse and rider at great value prices.

Northern Equine services is owned and managed by Janet Arnold.  Janet has worked with and trained horses for over 15 years and specialises in dressage and as a registered equine body worker, is involved in returning horses back to work after injury.  She is a member of IEBWA and BEVA.

We believe that working with horses should be safe and fun.  Our ultimate aim is to improve welfare through knowledge and a greater understanding of horse behaviour.  As horse owners we understand the importance of buying top quality products to keep our horses fit & healthy, but at great value prices.
