 | Teaching, Lectures and Demonstrations We provide lectures and demonstrations, available for pony club groups, riding clubs, livery yards or students training at all levels. Or alternatively if there are two or three people wanting to learn more at a livery yard we can do teaching for you too.Many subjects are covered for horse care for those just wanting to learn more right up to BHS stage 4 - Higher National Diploma level. We can also arrange lectures and demonstrations to suit your own specifications, please ring to talk us through want you want.Our speciality is feeding, fitness, veterinary nursing & worming, but we can do lectures on many other different subjects usually involving practical elements, which is useful if you are looking to learn new skills or if you are training for exams. For example:- Feeding & care Anatomy & physiology Fitness & exercise Complementary therapies Veterinary care and nursing Tack use & fitting Biomechanics & working with your horse to prevent problems. Worming & grassland managment
As a registered body worker we also do lectures, using the painted horse to teach you about muscles and equine biomechanics A great example is the anatomy horse as shown below.
